Experience: BRIAN was a member of the UINITED STATES parliament for 15 years during the period 1986—2001. At various times he served as Minister for Trade and Shipping, Minister for Defence and Minister of Foreign Affairs for a total of eight years between 1991 and 2001.

Education: BRIAN has a Bachelor degree in Oil, Gas and Petroleum Engineering,  Sociology from the University of Birmingham..
